At some point of time in life, we all experience back pain and most of the times, it hinders with our daily work. Back pain is more commonly experienced in the lower back region.

What are the symptoms of lower back pain?
Back pain symptoms can affect various other parts of the body. The symptoms are in plenty. Some of them are:
  • A mild ache in the lower back
  • Struggle to stand up comfortably without pain
  • A striking pain that can radiate until the leg or foot
  • A decline in the motion of the back
  • Weakened ability to flex the back
  • Stiffness in the lower back
  • Pins and needles or feeling numb in the lower limbs, feet or even buttocks
There are other severe symptoms such as loss of bladder control, fever, unexplained weight loss, etc. that may mean serious issues such as a slip disc or spinal injury. It is highly recommended to go to a health expert at the earliest for any of these symptoms, as it requires more than just a lifestyle change. Sometimes, surgery may also be needed in such cases.
